Sansa e200 tool problem (Vista)

Hello! I have been trying to restore my sansa e250(r) rhapsody version for a long time! I'm currently trying to fix it by using the e200 tool on vista using cmd. Here is my problem, I keep getting a message halfway thru saying exactly, BL_SD_boardSupportSd.rom: no such file or directory... everything is fine until this happens, does anyone know how to fix this? I've also tried e200 tool on linux using the terminal and the same thing happens! (I prefer Vista) Where am i supposed to place the files, i understand thier supposed to be in the same folder as the e200 tool, how do i fix this error? Thank's.

ugh never mind i got it to work but now the screen colors are messed up, like thier are a bunch of colored lines on the screen? anyone know how to fix that?
