Default Any tips on sending the player back for a replacement?

About a month and a half into ownership and I'm still getting the white screen of death. This can be fixed usually by putting the player on hold, waiting for the screen to shut off and then taking it off of hold. Usually.


I'd rather get a player that is free of defects now instead of finding out after my warranty is up that the white screen is just a forewarning to more evil things to come.

Do I call Creative up, email them, or what?
