Default Mac script to delete "._" hidden files ?

When copying files onto my e250 using a Mac, it creates a duplicate file with prefix "._", and a ".DS_Store" file. I dunno what these are, but using WinXP to see and delete them, the original files still work on the Mac so I doubt they do much.

I was wondering though, is there some sort of script I could put on my e250 so when using a Mac it would search through my device and delete all file with the prefix "._" and ".DS_Store" files?

I have basically no knowledge in coding/programming, let alone on a Mac

Perhaps a walk-through on how to do it would be nice, or a link to such a useful script.
