removing songs using samsung YH 925 music studio

I cannot seem to remove songs from my YH 925. I want to remove duplicated and poor quality songs but I cannot get rid.

When I go into the files from the e-drive there is nothing there at all. Is this normal?

Is there a way I can just reset the player completely so it is as new again, with no files?

Any help greatly appreciated
