I just got it a few days ago and here is my problem:

I am using 2 converters to convert dvd to .wmv since thats all the gigabeat supports.

I got the italian job to .wmv but there is no sound so how do i extract the sound? Then how do i merge the sound and the video together after that?

Its only the italian job that i am having trouble with so far.

Programs i am using are:
***** dvd to wmv converter sound is off and files are 700mb or above
DVDZIP Pro v3.1 which is the best files are 300-400mb.
