Default YH-820 Big Problem
Just upgraded firmware on my YH-820 from Samsung site and now it shows transfers from windows media player but nothing shows up on player.

Player show up on my computer as YH-820 and the GB shows less as if transfers happened.

Help anyone

i have an excellent solution

open it up, and unplug the hard drive

call samsung and tell them you get a hard drive error
and since your mp3 is no longer supported my samsung, you can trade that ...thing in for free and get the yp-k5!!

thats what i did with my yh-925

Found out from Samsung Corrupt Firmware on Website.

Talked to an engineer on Tier Two help and he mailed me correct firm ware. Great Guy and Player works like a charm

Any chance of uploading the firmware they sent you. I am having the same problem and I am hoping your firmware might fix my too.
