Default reuse an old Zen 30 gig hard drive?

Can you reuse an old zen 30 gig? It looks like a standard 2.5" hard drive

It's 1.8"... yes, you need an adapter, then it'll work in a computer.

I put it in a hard drive inclosure & windows hardwear saw it but it doesn't show on my computer? Anybody know what I did wrong, I'm running XP

My Computer won't see it to format & I dn't know how else to do it. I even tried to have the computer look for it under new hardwear. no luck

My Computer>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>Disc Management. Select it there and format.

no problem man. did you upgrade your zen to 60 or 80 gb? or just happen to have a spare drive?
