Uh, too bad my laptop doesn't like Windows 10, so it's back to 7. I would advise not upgrading to 10 unless you're on 8.1. My problem had to do with drivers and it not cleaning up Tasks, particularly related to Microsoft Security Essentials and Media Center. It copied over Office 2010 and pretty much everything else fine, but didn't fully remove those like it should have. I might try later with a clean install.
