Default philips she8000 iem - mini review

my first i think

just randomly icked these up in local shop because i like the color
cost 12 i think

on packet they said extra bass and all that
tried them first on my clip zip and there was no bass to hear of

...but the sound in general is nice and clean/clear - not muddy like some (ep630) - trebbles not too sharp either

changed to using them with my desire mp3 + poweramp and they sounded a bit better - not much bass

i then turned up the eq in the bass section ... and then there was bass!

now finding after using them for a few days that they sound better - actually turned eq down a bit for bass!

....they ARE super comfy though

cheers
dan

Lack of bass in an IEM is often due to not getting a good seal. Did you try changing the tips?
