do i update Media Go with newly created Playlists/files from iTunes?

If run the Setup Assistant again will it overwrite existing
playlists in the Media Go library and album artwork etc???

I'm using Media Go Version 2.4 with Windows 8. I tried to use Setup Assistant the way you described and I wasn't able to get it to add and/or update playlists from iTunes.

If you want to use iTunes with your Walkman, another Sony program you can try is Content Transfer. Its a small program that acts as a go-between between iTunes and a Sony Walkman. It allows you to drag and drop items such as songs, playlists, and podcasts from iTunes on to your Walkman (it can also be used to drag and drop files from Windows Explorer). You can also use it to delete items from your Walkman and set up an automatic transfer of music, videos, and podcasts from folders.

As far as automatically updating iTunes playlists: I created a playlist in iTunes and used Content Transfer to load the playlist on my Walkman. I checked the playlist on my Walkman and the playlists and its songs were on my Walkman. I then deleted one song from the playlist and dragged and dropped the same playlist on to my Walkman. The Walkman had the updated playlist, however the song deleted from the playlist was still on my Walkman.

I hope this helps.
