Xperia phones vs. Walkman in audio quality?

Does any Xperia phones have the S Master amp installed or sound as good as the Sony walkmans?

If so then I'm thinking of selling my Sony F806 and upgrading my galaxy s2 phone to an Xperia phone.

If not then I'll keep my F806 and upgrade to Galaxy S3 instead (or another phone).

I have been wondering about that myself. The recent xperia phones that Sony unveiled at CES 2013 may have the S-Master technology in it.
On a side note:
The Xperia Z design reminds me alot of the Sony Walkman X Series. Or is that just me?
