Between them Apple and Samsung pretty much have the entire market sewn up.

Rim's Blackberry 10 is toast before it has even been released.

I guess part of the reason for this is Apple's refusal to make phablets. Imo another reason is Apple's omittting a card slot and using a built in battery for their phones. Finally enough people are rebelling against expensive devices designed to be very disposable.
