I doubt it. The warranty covers defects in manufacture not user damage.

Thanks to zP0kE for the great solution.
I used J-B Weld to adhere an Acco Klix to my Clip (still going strong!) last night and it works great. I had to remove the metal clip ring that held the old belt clip, and I shaved that half-circle of plastic flat first. Positioned where the bottom of the Klix catches near the middle of the Clip, it fits perfectly through the silicone cases I use.

Thanks also to mattbatt for the magnet idea. If the clip doesn't hold, I may give this a try.
