C2 Not charging.

Recently bought Cowon C2 initially i could see a charging icon but now i dont see any charging icon it keeps on flashing USB connected the usb is connectable and i can see the files in My Computer but why charging is not working its a week old.

The charging does not goes above 25%

if the usb cable is fully plugged in you should be able to pick the c2 up by it. if you cant then its not fully inserted.

I found the connection between the usb cable>C2 to being very stiff, i had to push HARD to get a proper insertion, the flap doesn't help either.
Maybe make sure yer fully inserted? FYI i usually plug mine to an apple ipad2 ac charger for faster charging.
