"Why there is no thread for the COWON X9?" You or any member can start a thread on the x9, possible there isn't one because lack of owners or users. Now if there's a few threads and interest, we'll promptly add a sub-forum for it. But I don't see any reason to add sub-forums that end up not having any content. BTW there's a thread on our sister site here but they don't even have a sub-forum for it yet AFAIK.
