Android Ebook Reader App that allows writing directly on page?

Hi, I was playing with the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, and the Kno textbook app which lets you use the stylus to write directly in textbooks. I am searching for a similar android app which would allow the user to annotate (write, draw, etc.) on ebooks that I already own. Anyone know of an app that will do this? Thanks!

What format are the textbooks in? They are pdf's than their are a a whole host of pdf readers that have hand writing ability such as ezPDF or Poloris offfice suite (I think Poloris is not offered on the playstore but comes with Samsung and Asus devices).
