Back to Op,David Gilmores' - On an Island is nice and clean.I also like Heart - Dreamboat Annie and Sade - Soldier of Love to keep in check with female vocals.

Pretty solid,...and seeing the show recently helps with the enjoyment.

Any music you are very familiar with should be appropriate, I think. So much the better if you've heard it live, so much the better if it already has "depth," like orchestral music.

If you take a suggestion from this thread, I would say you need to use it consistently. Then you will get a feel for what is changing between headphones (if you have such an opportunity to test many different headphones).
