Howz Transcend MP860?

Thanks for the heads up Tanuj. I do hope they fixed that hiss, even though it isn't in the release note. I like the idea that they're still working on the device. That gives me lots of hope for the device. I think the device is really rough around the edges, but it has a lot of potential.


It definitely needs another update like 1.00.07 though.

I have problem with radio.
I can borwse trough station and i can find them, but there is no music.
With mp3 player everything is ok, i can browse and i can hear music.

Can i solve it or i should take it to service.

finally i have done it, i have upgrade firmware to transcend mp860 and all that becouse of radio problem which i have fix now

hello guys
what happens with all those transcend mp860 owners.
Do you still own this player.
I do and i am satisfied with it. About sound with preloaded eq settings i am not satisfied but there are user EQ and i can adjust right measure for my earbuds sony 818.
also i have upgrade firmware to newest and there are no more bug like strong click during passing from radio to mp3 player, it is a bit faster, and battery have 10% durability increse. all in all it was good buying and i think there is no diference in sound between diferent players. they are all the same if they have EQ settings which user can adjust.
