Default Budget Custom IEM's?

After owning a pair of MTG's for about a year or so, I think it's time that I discover custom IEM's for a change. Not a terribly big audiophile but I DO care about sound. Been contacting my local audiologists and mostly all of them only carry this brand.

I've gotten a quote of $210 for both ears molded plus $15 shipping. (Will be only using this for personal listening by the way, no need for stage monitors)
Now my concern is, would this be a good way to start my journey for custom IEM's? Or are there any other reputable brands out that are better and can still fit my budget (Less than $300)

If anyone has had experience Tunz Duo, your input would be greatly appreciated, as I've only found one site that did a review and lack of reviews on various forums.

Thanks in advance!
