As the title of the thread suggests, I am looking for cheap IEMs for working out in. I could care less if a cheaper IEM got crushed by a weight, got sweated on, etc... And them being cheap also helps me buy like 3-4 at a time so I can just replace em as needed.
When I do workout I do enjoy heavier bass then when I'm just regularly listening, so heavier bass IEMs are welcome. I'd be willing to stretch my budget to $15 if it really is "worth it".

I'm still waiting on my order for these, but if the Head Fi forums are to be believed, these are very good for the price:
http://www.head-fi.org/t/580769/the-...-the-7-11-club http://lifehacker.com/5927570/the-mo...-find-under-10 http://thewirecutter.com/reviews/bes...ones-under-30/ The reviews pretty much state that buying custom tips/modding the current ones is the way to go with these, but once fitted, they sound very good, some even say that they can rival 40 dollar buds.

Just got them from the UPS man, they sound GREAT for $6.
The packaging was a pain though, took me like 30 minutes. Haha. |

Glad you like them. As for the packaging, I used a scissor and solved the problem in under a minute,...

Glad you like it. If you want a great compact cheap headphone, look at the the JVC HA-S160(around $11-15), which is my favorite headphone under $40.

Those who are willing to spend $14.23 should consider the Panasonic RP-HJE355. It has much more detail than the Riptidz and seems to also have better build quality.
