zvm toshiba hhd mk3006gal pinout

I am trying to hard wire a stripped USB cable to the hard drive and I dont have the correct pinout for hhd female connector. I would like to connect to computer via usb to retreave info from the drive.

Thanks for the come back, Im trying to retreave the information from the toshiba mk3006gal 30gb hard drive that was in my zvm. The hhd has a 50 ide female connector, so If I use a usb cable (4 wires red, green, black, white). and if I knew what pins on the hard drive I needed to connect these wires to? In theory my computer should (I hope) recognize it like an external hhd, and I would be able to extract the information from it. Or do you have a better solution.

The file system will not be readable by the computer unless it it in a ZVM. So the answer is no.

So I guess a Micro IDE 1.8 ZIF CE 50 Pin to Mini USB Adapter is also a no go.

That has nothing to do with the Windows inability to read the file system of the Zen.
