I just got my galaxy player recently so i'm new to this. Wheneve
r i try to listen through the headphones, the sound just comes out of the device! What do i do??!!?? |

I'm 99% sure that the headphones are not plugged in all the way. The jack is very stiff at first.

yes i thought mine was defective when first trying to plug in the headphones. that last 1/8" or so you really have to jam it in till it clicks

if you put the device in a protective case, it can also foul the connection for the headphone jack. I got a belkin cable for my speakers, as it has a narrow head behind the 3.5mm jack so passes the case with ease.

Yeah, I got mine a couple months ago, I asked the same question on here, LOL. My SGP is the best, I love it, you should check out power amp also, what a difference.
