Like having a new set
One of the reasons I like owning more than one set of IEMs that I enjoy is cycling through them. I have been using my Sony xba1 for a while now but I just returned them because I think I want to go for the A161. So I just switched over to my previous favorites, the Soundmagic E10, which have been sitting idle in my bag as a backup. They have a very different signature than the Sony and after being conditioned to the BA sound these are like brand new to me. Just reinforces the theory brain burn in to me. I am a proponent of owning at least two sets tht have some variance in sound signature and with the quality out there these days for low prices its easy to do.
