One thing you could try is to delete the unwanted playlists by using Windows Explorer. I have a different Walkman than yours but it should work the same. After connecting your Walkman to your computer and opening up Windows Explorer, you should be able to go into your Walkman and then locate and delete the unwanted playlist(s).

I use MediaMonkey (MM) to create and load playlists on my player. MM creates them in the .pla format and they are stored in a folder named "Playlists" in "Storage Media."
