Hi people need some light here.
A friend of mine sit on my 32GB J3 and now there is a crack across the screen and of course it doesn't respond or turn on. It was bought back in 2010 so it should be out of warranty by now. How can I get a replacement digitizer? and does anyone knows if cowon will repair it?, on my expense of course, how do you contact them? ‘cause there is no info on their website for repairs. I'm thinking on buying a refurb 8GB J3 to use it for spare parts, besides getting the screen I will have a spare battery but still not sure. Thanks in advanced. |
