Number 3 can be fulfilled with many Android alarm apps such as Alarm Clock Xtreme. The default Android alarm might be able to do those things too.

I doubt you're going to find a phone with boombox loudness or quality because that would eat through battery life so fast. You might look into portable speakers such as the fiio line. My sister has the fiio s3 and it's very load, respectable sound quality and can fit into a pocket despite being bit larger than a smart phone. It's about $25 so not to expensive.
