Mozaic EZ300 stuck :(

Hi!

When I turn on my MP3 Mozaic EZ300, it gets stuck in the ZEN screen. If I connect it to the computer nothing happens, as if the PC does not recognize it. I tried to enter into the recovery mode using what I have read in some other threads (Hold pressed the play button and when the creative logo shows on the screen, press the upper left button) but it does not work, I cannot enter there and I end in the ZEN screen again without going further from there. My MP3 is almost 2 years old and never brought me any problems but I don't know now what to do.

I don't own one but did you try to reset it? By putting a pin in the hole in order to reset. There should be a tiny hole just beside the on/off switch use a paperclip to insert it in to reset it.

Yes, reseting it is the only way to turn it off. However, when I turn in on, it does not pass after the ZEN logo.

Like I said earlier I don't have one but I did read this once and I believe it was somewhere in here. I believe you did it right (below), did you try it a few times, I know it's taken me more than once on my old sansa and I did have to replace the driver once as well.
Zen Mozaic recovery mode:
1. Turn off your player.
2. Press and hold the Play/Pause button to turn on the player.
3. When the Creative logo appears , press and hold the MENU back button until the Recovery Mode screen appears. Three menu items are shown: Clean Up, Format All, and Reboot.

No, it does not work . I do it and I end up in the ZEN screen and nothing more happens. It is not working but thank you for your help.
