Default Zen Vision: M 30 GB not working

Hello everyone, I really hope you can help me here.

Yesterday night, I woke up and saw my mp3 player saying "Low Battery", then it went into Recovery Mode. I clicked on "Clean Up", but it took a very long time so I clicked "Reboot", which then took me straight back to the Recovery Mode screen. There's no need to press "Reload Firmware" because I already had the current firmware. I read that if you press the mp3 player to your ear and hear noises, it's a hardware problem, but I don't hear any strange noises. It also doesn't say anything about a firmware problem. I let it charge all the way, yet it still takes me back to the Recovery Mode screen! How can I exit recovery mode WITHOUT having to reformat it and lose all my music? Also I use Windows Vista 7 and WMP 11.
