That's fine, we all have different opinions and you are entitled to yours. My statement is based on seeing the quality/workmanship, feeling them and testing the mechanism. If you've ever worked with metal, you would know the quality that goes into them by what I just said. Yes they are expensive but in the grand scheme of what some folks pay for their headphones I'd say those are a drop in the bucket. BTW the version that I have is different and only sells for $34.00 here but I got mine cheaper Mine has no moving parts but has similar precision and sometimes I hang more than my headphones from it.

I've always kind of wanted one, but yes, they are way too expensive if you don't make one yourself IMO.

I just use the original box, modified a bit for my HD 650's, and everything else just gets left about.

I had a home made one until Jack gifted me one, but there's also many low cost solutions of both wooden or metal hooks available. Display those bad boys, my fav phones too ♪ ♫ ♪ ♫ ♪

They're cheap. Seem to last anywhere from 6 to 18 months, before a wire goes bad. They have their own pocket. No way I'd subject anything over $30 to the regimen.
