Help with bricked YP-Q1

Hi, so my Q1 is currently bricked and there is nothing I can do about it.

I have tried looking at tutorials for fixing it, but tcctools only works with XP and I have Vista.

It currently tells me to download the Q1j.rsc file, but problem is the mp3 can't even receive files anymore, ie. I cannot transfer files onto the system. When I do it just freezes on the 'copying' page.

Please somebody help!

Although like other people, I can't get FWDN to show the first message I'm suppose to get.

Could you please advice?
