iplus4 problem

hi, i just got E300.
when i try to using iplus4, i found two problem.
First, when i create playlist and add sonys to my playlist, i cannot change the sequence.
Second, when i click transfer in iplus4, once it done, i unplug the usb connector navigate to my playlist from my E300, i found that the sequence of my songs was different from iplus4 playlist...

also i try iplus3 but it cannot detect my E300.

please help me, thanks
