"Manage Media On Your Device" error message
After a fresh reinstall of Windows 7 Ultimate (64-bit), I plugged my Sony Walkman (NWZ-E460 series) into my computer, & when I clicked on "Manage Media On Your Device", I got an error message--please refer to attached screenshot. Any help explaining & resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
