Default Access to 1.930?
Are there any alternative ways to access firmware upgrade 1.930? I tried to get at it today, but it appears Insignia has updated their site and the link provided in the original post doesn't work. On the new site for the NS-DV4G they do not include 1.930 (presumably because it was in the beta stage).

On a similar note, the new site includes a driver file titled nusb31e.exe. Anyone know what that does?

Fortunately, I kept an archive of this stuff for this very reason.

My NS-DV has firmware 1.1.04. What are the new features in 1.930?

You're still running 1.104?? Even 1.105 would be a big step up for you...

There are simply too many changes to mention (there were 28 features added and 25 bugs fixed in this version). 1.930 basically a port of the Pilot's firmware to the NS-DV. For a better idea of what it is, have a look at our review of the Insignia Pilot. Keep in mind, the NS-DV version won't have bluetooth, RDS, video out, or a text viewer as it doesn't have the hardware to support those functions.

I highly recommend you upgrade to 1.930. Even though it's a beta, it's rock solid.
