My cowon is in reboot/crash loop, help!

Hi all!!

My j3, when I start it up it hangs. Pink and blue plus static.

So I tried to format by plugging it in to a PC. When I do that the same thing happens except after a few seconds it reboots and everything starts over again.

Please help!! This was a present for my lovely lady.

Have you tried reset? If that works then I'd connect and refirmware, if that doesn't it's possible that something (ie a button) is stuck trying looking at all of them and gently moving around. Worst case contact tech support for rma if it's under a year old, certainly not worth opening if it's still under warranty.
