New s series vs. e series

Besides the headphones what are the differences of the new s series (like nwz-s764) vs. the e series (like nwz-e464)? Any different features or sound quality differences?

Also, I have the older nwz-s544. Will the new e series or s series players use the same usb charge cord? Can I charge the players in the pc? I heard some things about the usb charge cord but I can't remember.

The simple: Sounds the same but the S-series has bluetooth.

Thanks, I don't care about bluetooth. I use my own high quality headphones so I'll stick with the e series.

I looked over the instruction manual for the NWZ-S764 and compared its features against those of my NWZ-E465 and the main difference between the two appears to be the Bluetooth features on the NWZ-S764. As far as I could tell, the other features appear to be the same on both players.
