Clip Zip powers on, then off
Hi everyone, first post on the forum. I purchased my clip zip on Friday and already I think I might've bricked it. I was trying to get my mircoSD card to recognize the songs I put on it, but when it ejected the card, the player froze. I performed a hard reset but when I turned it back on, all it will do is display the startup and shutdown splash-screens back to back. I tried running the battery all the way down and then plugging it in but that does not have appeared to work. My last resort is to RMA the player back to Sandisk but before I do that I was wondering if anyone else had any suggestions on how to fix this problem.
