Hi,
I've had been J3 since last Christmas. A week since I got it, I have Leaf, Lynx, and Sense installed and I did do now. Today, I started having problems and I'm not sure why. Now, when I'm listened to music, or if it is paused, and my screen is off, ALL the buttons on the right size of the player (volume up/down, play/pause, next track buttons) all don't work. When i turn the screen back on, they work fine, but why do they suddenly not work anymore when the screen is turned off? Is there a security setting that may have caused this? Thank you, |

Hey guys,
I posted a post saying how I thought my Cowon J3 was broken. My problem was that, when I was listening to music, or if it is paused, and my screen is off, ALL the buttons on the right size of the player (volume up/down, play/pause, next track buttons) all didn't work. When i turned the screen back on, they work fine. Since last December of 2011, I've had 2.26 installed, two days ago this started happening. Today, I installed 2.25 and the problem was fixed, instantly! I even tried uninstalling Lynx, Sense, and Leaf, I tried a factory reset, just in case their were glitches. I changed the firmware to 2.25 and its all set. How can we notify Cowon was this 2.26 problem? |

I've place your problem report and solution together. Anyone that sees one should be able to see the other so they aren't looking to solve a resolved issue.
