Bigger Fonts for Lynx/Leaf/Sense and rename capabilities for browser

Hi all !

I've got J3 recently and installed Leaf/Lynx/Sense almost immediately.
Is it a way to have bigger fonts for settings/upper bar ?

I have no problem with fonts for browser it's readable enough but settings screen and upper bar is a problem .

Unrelated question in Leaf browser there is no editing/copy move capabilities.
Is there an ADDITIONAL browser I can install alongside to have an option to move/copy files from folder to foldrer, create new folders etc.
