D2 repulses Audiobooks

Hello Guys. It’s a long time I’ve not been here. So happy New Year to everybody and I still need some help with my Cowon D2 Ver 2.59
After updating the firmware from Ver. 2.57 to 2.59 I’m not able to add any additional eAudio books to it. As it appears:
After right click D2 in My computer-properties-free space =0 although the memory almost empty.
After D2 in My computer-properties-hardware-D2 USB device-properties-Policies-Optimize for performance –still free space =0
No my additional actions made any changes. The D2 doesn’t accept for reading any additional books.
Any help in solving the problem will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Problem solved. It appears that if you use the “Eject” for safe disconnection and removal the Cowon from the PC , it puts the Cowon in “Optimize for removal” position to insure no use of the device. Selecting the radio button for “Optimize for performance” returns the D2 to normal working condition. I can’t explain why it didn’t work for me previously. May be it was some my mistake. Sorry for the trouble.
