Every once and a while I'll listen to my Clip+ as I'm dozing off I turn on the sleep function to 10 minutes and even the hold funcion then clip it to my night stand. Somenights it works and others it stays on all night.
The first couple of times I chalked it up to user error (me) but then I started paying attention. Has anyone else noticed this issue?

I haven't but I can test it over the next couple of days and tell you what I find out. I have used it Once and it worked, but other than that I haven't used it.

I imagine the hold function may disable the sleep function. Try the sleep function without the hold enabled.

yep I'll chalk it up to "sleep button pressing" then. Thanks guys

Dear Sir or Madam,
I have also experienced the sleep function not working on the Clip + that I bought from Craigslist. My thought is also that perhaps the LOCK aka HOLD function prevents the SLEEP from working but that would seem unlikely since it doesn;t even do that with the regular Clip (which I had been using since about 2009). |
