Tool for converting DVD/other for Zune HD

I need a good tool for converting files to a format that will for the Zune. I have been using DVD Shrink to create a .iso file and then using Super to format them for my Sony Walkman, but I can't seem to figure out the correct settings for the Zune. Also Super is a Super pain(too many setting)

I also need it to convert .flv (realplayer files).

Try Freemake,its a great freeware converter that pretty much converts anything and does a better job than SUPER and is much easier to use as well.

Freemake=Batch version of Handbrake,they both have the same features and give the same results,but Freemake converts multiple files at once.

Handbrake doesn't do .flv for those I just googled free flv converter and grabbed one. I think it's called prism or something like that.
