Need a home source with specific requirements

I am trying to see if I can find a device that meets these specific needs:

no larger than 12x12x12in
2 inputs (Smartphone and PC)
speaker output
headphone output
cheaper the better, but I want a quality product.
bass boost would be nice, but not required

the speakers are not included in the size limitation, only the device itself.

so far this is my leading candidate..

most of the simple devices only have one input but I could work around that I think.

The Dayton Tripath amp should be quite nice from all I read. The Lepai Tripath is some generic China stuff, which I would be a bit more wary about.

thanks. The more I look, the more i lean towards the dayton. the only thing on my list it doesnt have is the bass controls but I can do that with EQs on the sources.
