DIY Custom Earplugs

Don't know if someone ever mention this before, but there is a company called Radians that sell DIY custom molded earplugs kit which is quite cheap as well.

Thought about doing this back before I got my customs. Although I was going to do it all myself, using some FutureSonic Atrios M8's and some epoxy putty for the custom mold. Of course I didn't do it and wouldn't suggest my method.

I’ve seen this done other ways, this is a nice idea but I would cover the nozzles before pushing them into the soft mold. Possibly a very small cover from tack tape on nozzle tips so none of the soft plastic gets into them before they begin to harden.
