Can I Convert KR to BB??

I hope some will visit this forum and answer my question.

I am a Napster/Rhapsody subscriber. My MP3 player died so I replaced my Sansa with the Samsung P2. I got it from a seller in the US. Once i had it i had problems getting Napster/Rhapsody to recognize the device as compatible with their TO-GO plans. I now realize it is because the firmware was changed on the device.

Is there any way I can change it from KR to BB? I did try following the directions here but it got stuck in the loop. I tried fixing the loop following the directions here and it is not working. I am starting to suspect it might have been trying to convert it to BB that is causing the issues.

Any suggestions?
