My refurb Sansa Fuze just died a few days ago after a year and a half of use.
I read that the reason why the Sansa Fuze has the clicking sound is a hardware problem. Yes, I pushed in and pulled out the connection plenty of times during its use. I don't feel like buying another one. I already pryed open the Fuze and am willing to solder some connections. Can anyone with experience with this problem help me on this one? |

Check if the headphone connector popped off the board. Also, reinstall the firmware.

Reinstalled the firmware already. The headphone connector is still on.

If nothing else looks wrong, its probably not fixable.
