Rockbox SDHC card database issue

I know my Sansa e250 (rockboxed) is a bit ancient but it is currently my main player (it came with a second hand dock I bought from ebay.) I had a fuze but it white screened often until it got unusable, and now I cannot find it.

Still to the point. I find that there is a lot of stuff on my 16gb SDHC card which is not showing in the database for my sansa, or in some cases was showing and now is not...

Has anyone else come across this?
