Iriver E300 or S100?

Which of the two is better compared to functions of each one?

-iriver e300 have Fitness feature and s100 have feature DMB and flash games
-s100 support video H.264
-s100 have screen 2.8 and e300 have screen 2.4
-e300 battery life: video 8 hs and music 27 hs
-s100 battery life: video 7.5 hs and music 42 hs

If you live in europe DMB is usless , (previous models only tuned tv with asian standarts). manycountrys use another standart to broadcast digital terrestial television , be sure that your country stations are compatible
Most of the flash games for iriver are..pathetic
s100 seems to have better batery life so it might last more...years (less number of charges)
You should consider also how ergonomic and robuts are each one's controls
H264 is a good codec to save bytes on memory,while giving good quality , but on a 3.3 inches of my cowon s9 screen divx,xvid work very,very good

thanks for you response. Cowon s9 is a lot of power for me. I bought the e300, the only downside is that is not formatted to play divx and H.264
