Would anyone know where most of my storage space on my 2gb sansa clip+ went? I have it rockboxed, with no music or anything at all, and Windows says that 1.53Gb used of 1.81Gb. Where did it all go. When I scan it with a disk utility, it comes up with nothing. In fact, when I use Lenovo Thinkvantage toolbox to scan it, it says that all that missing space is "unscannable".
Thanks, jbgrzy

Sounds like yet another MSC vs MTP conflict. Look at the USB settings on the Clip+. Change it from MSC to MTP (or vice versa), and see if that makes a difference. If the player is set to Autodetect (aka Autodefect), try MSC first.
If you are using Rockbox, you should be set to MSC. Did you recently install Rockbox, or upgrade the firmware? Steve |
