Clip+ doesn't respond to anything

I haven't been using my player for three weeks. Today I plugged it in to charge it, but nothing happened. After several hours of charging, the device still won't turn on. I tried holding the power button, but the screen remains black. The device is recognised as M200plus. Google reveals that the solution to this is reset, but it doesn't work here. What can I do?
