My stock radio cannot play mp3 CD, but has AUX input. I tried Clip+ headphone output and it sounded decent/loud.
1) I have a cigarette lighter charger with USB port. If I keep Clip+ connected to the charger, will I burn Clip+? 2) Will I drain car battery (if cigarette lighter terminal is ALWAYS HOT)? |

It should be fine with the Clip--mine has been. Just make sure the output to the Clip is 5V.
Yes, it will drain the battery, but I imagine that it would be very little. I just disconnect when I'm not in the car using it. |

I use an original Clip in the car. I don't bother to plug it into the charger unless it needs charging (usually when I forget to turn it off, and it's on all night).
For example tonight it was down under half a charge, so I brought it inside to charge. Steve |

Most newer cars disconnect the cigarette lighter when the key is off.
